Terms of Service

Effective date: May 20, 2026

By downloading or using Reveal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License to use Reveal

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use Reveal on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app.

The artwork in Reveal

The line art templates included with Reveal are licensed for your personal coloring use only. You may:

You may not, and you may not permit any third party to:

Your colored artwork is yours

The strokes and colors you apply to a page belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your finished colored pages and we do not store or transmit them off your device.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Reveal offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms in addition to these terms.

By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.

Refunds are handled by Apple per Apple's refund policy. Reveal Studio LLC does not directly process payments or issue refunds. To request a refund, use the App Store's "Report a Problem" page or contact Apple Support.

By subscribing or making an in-app purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that a parent or legal guardian has authorized the purchase on your behalf.

What Reveal can and can't do

Reveal is a coloring app. It is provided "as is" and "as available." We've worked hard to make it stable and pleasant to use, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly on every device, in every iOS version, or for every use case. Specifically:

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveal and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of artwork, data, or time.

Updates and changes

We may update Reveal periodically with new features, content, bug fixes, and improvements. Updates are delivered through the App Store. We may change these terms in the future; if we do, we'll update the "Effective date" above and notify you inside the app before significant changes take effect.

Termination

You can stop using Reveal at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may discontinue the app at any time, though we'll do our best to give you reasonable notice.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Reveal will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

You and Reveal Studio LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Claims may only be brought in your individual capacity.

The arbitration will take place in St. Louis County, Missouri, or by video conference at your election. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

This arbitration provision does not apply to (a) claims regarding intellectual property infringement or misappropriation, or (b) any claims that cannot legally be subject to arbitration.

Right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@revealcoloring.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, including your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any non-arbitrable disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
